HNT PLUS SERIES

Tangential type three-in-one plastics recycling plant.
HNT Series machine turns plastic waste into high quality pellets that can be reused for many applications. It combines Shredder, Extruder and Die Face Pelletizer to a space-saving, energy-efficient and operator-friendly machine at affordable cost.

    Feeding system:
  • The open/close for shredding drum is by means of moving aside by hydraulic for more safety, instead of lifting upward.
  • It can take film waste, cut-off pieces of PE shopping bags, yarn & tape waste and some granulated materials(regrinds). The loose materials are fed into the shredding drum by a conveyor, film-on-roll can be fed by the optional Nip-Roll Feeder, feeding is controlled and interlocked with the amperage of shredding motor, an optional Metal Detector can be added onto the conveyor to avoid any metals going into the machine.
  • The shredder adopts fixed and rotary blades, it cuts plastic waste into smaller pieces and heat them into a semi-molten condition that eases the process of the extruder.
    Extruder:
  • Screw is designed and made based on years of practical experiences for maximum flexibility in processing various plastics while maintaining optimum melt quality at the highest output capacity.
    Special and unique design of die face cutting:
  • The pellets produced can be as the same standard and appearance as virgin granules.
  • Larger die face allows more die holes and bigger hole gap to avoid pellets clumping together. More holes leads to less resistance of material flow, so it reduces the tendency for material coming out from the vent.
  • Unique die design allows longer overlap gap between each hole, with bigger size cutting knife to ensure the longer lifetime.
  • Longer lifetime of cutting motor with running in slower & logical rpm due to larger die face and more holes.
    Centrifuge dewatering unit (option):
  • Allowing the pellets to dry completely. It is also compact, and space saving in comparison to the vibrating tank.
    Dual piston screen changer (option):
  • Has a 3 - 5 times larger filter area than slide type filters to save the labor time in changing filters, and the additional cost of the filter screens.
  • Continuous Non-stop operation, no need to shut down or slow down the speed of extruder.
